(S25) - PT 5 - Playoffs? You Kidding Me?

Imagine expecting we would make the playoffs as an expansion team. I mean, at the beginning of the season, we were expecting to do good and make the playoffs. We even thought we would contend right away. I also went on a limp and predicted we would finish the season with nine wins. We only got a third of that, finishing dead last, not only in the NSFC, but the whole league, getting the first overall for the draft. Here is the thing though. We lost so many close games. We lost FIVE one score games, three of them to the Yeti and the Sailfish. We were a tough team to beat. And we will continue to be one. We just need to grow. Our oldest player is a season 18, and then it is players from season 22, season 23, and season 25. We are one of, if not the, youngest teams in the league. In one or two seasons we will be where we need to be, at least TPE-wise, to contend for an Ultimus. The rest is up to the sim. If the simgods are happy, they will give the city of Berlin a reason to celebrate, because since the tearing down of the wall, Munich and Dortmund have been celebrating championship teams. We need to change that.
