Including a Players Association

Lol wait a second why do you get to be the CEO of the Player association? Unions are all about the members having control, so if this did happen you should have to run in an election against everyone else.

I agree with your statement saying that members should have full control, and they reserve the right to kick me out, get rid of me, lower my status, etc. Although, for starting the Association and having the infrastructure set, the CEO is a set person regardless. The PRESIDENT is who is really "voted" to be the leader of the players association and the liaison between players and the league. So, yes, I will take role of CEO, long story short
