ignorance - noun - lack of knowledge or information

Calling people ignorant when they bring up valid points that are shared between multiple people is an insult.

My way of running this Players Association...

The 2-3 jobs would be:

NSFLPA CEO - Destroyer

Stop using terms like "My way" if you want it to be run by the players, don't put yourself in the top position when listing the jobs, and stop calling people ignorant, you made it look like you're going to be in charge with absolute power and stated that a vote would happen, but you also gave yourself the ability to change that.
