Including a Players Association

I've checked all of the ones I know (or at least the ones people care about) and there's no mention of a "CEO" only "Executive Directors". There's a difference. And you're adding yourself into a position that hasn't even been decided yet that is allegedly the complete head of the organization. You're putting yourself into a position of power. Is that not suspicious? I refuse to support this unless a more player oriented structure is offered up. One that does not involve just the top people, but representation for all of the players from each team. The fact that you say anything that implies that only you can change something, you don't belong in the position. It's just the way leadership works.

I respect your opinion on the matter. You are correct in saying that they have executive directors. Now for the sake of any corporation or association, you have to have a ceo/chairman. That's just how our country works. This on the other hand is a forum and is way different than that. Although I wanted to be more correct in my terms, we can absolutely have it say "Executive Director" instead of CEO, if thats what you want. But don't tell me that I am trying to have power or that it only involves the top people when I literally said its open to ALL members, we just hold the ideas up. I never said that I can only change anything? And dont tell me I dont belong anywhere, you dont know me and dont have any right to say that, especially in terms of 'how leadership works', which I assume you know nothing about by what you have said.
