Are any of you guys actually in a UNION. CEO is just a title. I think all of you guys are taking this way to far. A union is for the people in the union. They say what they want and what they dont want and the people "In charge" have to work to get it. there is no power. All a CEO or a President is, Is a Puppet for the People to say what they want. If CEO is such a problem for you them state it now that you want to be CEO and then people that want to be in the union can vote. This is all a voluntary think remember that.
