You claimed 12 TPE in this update, but the links you posted only total up to 10 TPE. Since you applied 12 TPE in this update but only had 10 TPE available to spend, I had to take away 2 TPE from what you spent. The easiest way to do this was just to take away the 2 TPE you added to Intelligence. So your Intelligence would stay at 62 and your new TPE total would actually be 829.
