Which such a big family , Lot Smith VIII is lucky when it comes to career opportunities outside of football. Obviously since his father is a bishop within The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, it would make sense for Lot to follow in his dad's footsteps but Lot has never been the type for public speaking. Lot's main hobby outside of football is archery so working in an archery store would be a dream job for Lot though retail has its own drawbacks. While at BYU, Lot got a degree in wildlife and wildlands Conservations so a job in the outdoors would definitely appeal to Lot and as some of his brothers already law enforcement, Lot Smith VIII becoming a game warden seems like the most likely outcome from in away from football. Though he could also potentially become a park ranger depending on whether or not he would've chosen to stay in Utah or to move back to his home state of Florida after his graduation from Bingham Young University.
As for what Lot's life would be like, it probably wouldn't be all that different from how his life is now except without all of the fanfare and bright lights. Given Lot's traditional upbringing, he's not a person attracted to the glitz and glamour of a professional athlete.
