So how much is incentive and how much is lack of time? High quality work takes a bit, but if we feel like we can increase it, let me talk to my staff and see what we come up with.
edit: As it currently stands, the cap is 5 (4 + SOTW and I keep the topics fairly vague so nearly anything qualifies) but what number would be ideal to increase it 6+1? 5+1?
