i don't trust FSU to make the playoffs lol

all i'm saying is if a top 4 team loses early to a top 4 team they're pretty much a lock if they win out

That isn't even entirely true either. USC was ranked #20 when UW lost to them @ HOME! They still made the CFP. It all depends how the teams around them perform. College football changes so much every year a 1 loss team who does NOT lose to a top 4 team can still make the playoffs. Record means a lot in CFB.
