Dustin Evans has no superstitions because he's not ridiculous, however, there is a particular tradition he partakes in. Following a week of entirely invested practice and workouts, he prefers to reward himself with a trip to Koizi, a Chinese buffet where he treats himself to all you can eat hibachi, as well as all you can eat sushi.
By now, it has been five years that Evans has been practicing this tradition. All of last year, up through his ultimus championship and to celebrate his signing of a six million dollar contract. It didn't start in the nsfl though. This started his freshman year of college when he happened to discover this fantastic restaurant by way of his friends.
When making his initial trip out to Arizona to speak with coach Dwyer, one of the first questions that Evans asked was whether or not the coach had ever been to Koizi before. When he learned he had not, Evans saw his opportunity! That's exactly where they decided to go to discuss a possible future for Evans in Arizona. So many life decisions have been made there, and so many milestones celebrated there. Endless sushi and hibachi will forever be a part of Evans life.
