In an absolutely shocking turn of events it os announced that Jordan Yates of the San Jose Sabercats will be leaving the team and refusing his player option in order to begin his NFL career. His career as an offensive lineman in the National Simulation Football League is officially over as his his career as an offensive lineman at all, as he announced that he'll be attempting to play as a quarterback for the Cleveland Browns. Yates says the swap from offensive lineman to quarterback wasn't as difficult as he thought it would be; it only took 4 million dollars worth of coaching, relatively cheap and something that his next contract will likely cover and more. Yates has talked about all the young talent in Cleveland that he wants to work with. He plans to throw deep balls to Kenny Britt and Corey Coleman, be protected by Joe Thomas, and be carried on the defensive end by new star defensive end Myles Garrrett. The Browns have a lot of potential and maybe with the additionof Yates at cornerback they can finally make some progress in the tough AFC North. We will find out their fate in the coming season. Expect Yates to go off.
