One week that sticks out for Dan Miller was week four of season 1 where he was playing for the sabercats against the arizona outlaws.
He managed to pick up 9 tackles and 4 sacks. On top of that the other interior defensive lineman Bert Metas also had an amazing game. Vincent draxel was getting completely destroyed by the combo of interior linemen. Dan was bigger and stronger where Bert Metas was faster. It was the hammer and nail combination that really sealed the game away. Seeing that combination work influenced the sabercats to get an interior rusher defensive tackle to partner up with Dan Miller. This is the main reason why they targeted Chambers the Third.
Season 2 was pretty bad for Dan. He had some ok numbers later in the year but was really just another guy.
Going back to college, he only played 1 year of college football before joining the NSFL. His first game as a defensive tackle playing for LSU against Mississippi state ended up 5 sacks and 3 passes deflected and 4 tackles. He had pretty good numbers for college but this was definitely his best college game.
This current season has definitely been kind to Dan. He's currently leading the league in Forced fumbles and fumble recoveries as well as leading all Defensive Tackles in Tackles and sacks.
