The best memory from college is definitely the national championship win against Ohio State. I was a senior that year and the previous three seasons we came up a little short, usually ending up in one of the lesser bowl games. It was a battle of undefeated teams (12-0) that took the field that day. I was playing linebacker at the time and forced two turnovers in that game, one interception in the 1st half and then a forced fumble in the 3rd quarter. My Trojans ended up winning that game 24-10. It was my final collegiate game and it was perfect going out on top.
Then in the NSFL my two fondest memories are my draft day and the NSFC championship win against the Wraiths. I slipped a little bit on draft day but the one team that had a use for me were the Hawks, it was a culmination of hard work from HS and college and it was special having a professional team believe in my potential. During my second season in the league we won the NSFC championship against the Wraiths. We had a big improvement from the year prior and it proved to everyone on the team that hard work pays off.
