Every kid dreams of scoring a touchdown pass in the championship game, and for CA Chess that dream became a reality in the Season 2 Ultimus Game of the National Sim Football League. Not only did he score a touchdown, he was the game's leading receiver on both teams and played a major part for the Arizona Outlaws as they secured their second title in as many seasons. While Season 3 has been a bit of a letdown for Chess, he can look back fondly on the end of season 2 as the time when his game came together and he flashed the greatness he was capable of. "Man, everything was going right. King Bronko was hitting his marks all night long and we simply overcame any adversity the entire game. It truly was a team effort, but I was obviously quite glad to have the best game of my young career on the biggest stage in football. This is the type of player I am, I answer the call when the stakes are high."
Currently it looks like the Outlaws are due for another playoff apperance, and maybe even an undefeated season -- so Chess will get the chance to prove that his playoff stats weren't simply a fluke last time and that he can once again live up to the challenge.
