Some of my memorable moments clearly are my last game with Army. Down by 3 with a few minutes left to play, I was subbed in as a TE while we had a full line, because we wanted to get more offensive linemen out there to open up our run game. Last play of the game, we run a play action left and I am wide open in the end zone, and catch the ball for a touchdown to win the game for us against Navy. It was a great moment for me because I was able to showcase my skills more than just on the line.
The next game that has to stand out to me was my first game ever after being picked up the waiver wire, I suited up for the Baltimore Hawks. We played against the Yeti and ended up losing the game by a Field Goal. I didn’t do much that game, already playing against greats in the league, and I let up a sack and a penalty for 5 yards. It wasn’t the best performance ever, but it’s something I was able to learn from.
My other huge game that stands out to me, is my first game in San Jose. After being drafted 4th overall, I had a lot riding on my shoulders to help bring this team around. We beat up the Liberty in San Jose to a score of 31-16 and I was able to record two pancakes. It was the start of something amazing for myself and the San Jose Franchise.
