The new TV show Real Otterwives debuting this season on Bravo2 features the wives of four big name Orange County Otters players; Angus Winchester, Marc Spector, Ian Bavitz, and Bradley Westfield. The first episode of the season airs this Saturday. This episode will be covering the wives at the beginning of the football season. Some of them live in the area, other stay in apartments or condos temporarily during the season as their permanent home is further away. As they all make their way to settle in for a long few months the four get together on the first episode looking for companionship and comraderie.
However, they get something very different. In fact the show is centered around them being kidnapped and dropped high up in the Sierra Nevadas by the shows producers. With limited resources given to them by the crew they have one week to get out of the mountains and to civilization before they run out of food. With all four having very little outdoor survival training they must rely on hints and clues left for them by the producers along the trail back. All four are in excellent physical shape, each with a different specialty. Winchester is a power lifter. Bavitz a marathon runner. Spector a yoga instructor. and Westfield is a tennis player. But this trip will test more than their physical abilities, it will test their mental aptitude and toughness as well.
