(S3) - Weekend PT #4 - Football Wives

This week on Women of the NSFL, we take a trip to the kitchens of some of the wonderful women behind the men of the Philadelphia Liberty to see what they whip up for a game day meal.

First we'll stop by the Hendrix household where Tori Hendix is tapping into her Louisiana roots and putting together quite a feast. From crawfish to fried catfish, she's got it all covered. It's no surprise Micah Hendrix is one of the biggest guys in the league.

Next we'll visit the Jefferson residence where Martha Jefferson and good friend and fellow Liberty wife Becky North are putting together quite the spread of cheesesteaks. Traditional cheeseteaks, chicken cheesesteaks, vegetarian, even a Hawaiian cheesesteak with ham and pineapple inspired by one of the newest Liberty players Eli Kamaka. Not really sure how that one will taste but the cheesesteak is certainly a versatile dish and a Hallmark of Philadelphia cuisine.

Finally we'll visit Omar Wright's doghouse where his wife Lassie is putting together an old family recipe, Kibbles and Bits with a scoop of wet cat food. Not something I'd ever eat but it keeps Omar's coat looking fresh on game day.
