In this episode of National Simulation Football League player's wives, we'll be following Angus Winchester's wife, Vlad Winchester. In the absence of her husband due to his obligations to football, Vlad has developed an odd hobby that some would call Barbaric and uncivilized. She lives in one of the nine states that it is legal in in the US. Have you figured it out? Her favorite passtime is cooking and eating dogs. The process begins with finding the right dog. Typically, she'll go to a shelter and fight nice, fat dogs that others don't want. Small dogs are typically more tender but have less meat while the bigger dogs have more meat but are more gamey. On lucky days, a nice fat dog will get out of the house, probably owned by an old lady, and the Winchester's will find themselves a free meal. They started off making the dogs by frying them, because who doesn't love fried food. They later moved onto a variety of cooking techniques including boiling, grilling, and scrambling. Angus praises dog meat as one of the best changes to his diet he has ever made and cites it as the reason he has had such a great start to this season.
