Cristiano Ronaldo is the best punter in the league and he’s a pretty great kicker to boot. Coming into the league Ronaldo maintained that his passion was soccer and punting. He had conquered professional soccer and wanted to prove he was a two sport athlete by becoming the best NSFL punter in the world. At this point I think it’s safe to say he is well on his way to achieving his goal. Ronaldo is currently leading the league in punt average by nearly full 3 yards. Those numbers are insane in their own right but that’s not the only thing that he has to impress you. Ronaldo has also kicked the longest field goal in league history at a whopping 81 yards. That is what I call flipping the field! Ronaldo is also 2nd in the league with punts inside the 20 with 17.
To Make Ronaldo’s story even more impressive he also kicks a lot of field goals and extra points for the Arizona Outlaws and leads the entire NSFL in scoring. Ronaldo does all of this without even practicing for extra points. Every day at practice Ronaldo does his strength exercises, punts some bombs as far as he can and goes home to play FIFA. He has said he is a punter and has stuck with his word, only doing placekicking as a favor to his team and a bigger payday. Needless to say, this guy can punt!
