I’ve got a conspiracy with you and it’s about Yellowknife Wraiths. Let me give you the facts. The Wraiths were founded in Canada, which is basically America, so that was alright. Then Spike Crown, a confirmed Scandinavian, stages a coup and overthrows Nuck. This was phase one.
Phase two involved the solidification of Spike Crown’s power over the franchise by running the show exclusively for nearly an entire season to build trust with the league and other GMs.
Phase three was to acquire more Scandinavian players while shipping off true patriots. Do you think it was a coincidence players like Bork Björnsson and Eidur Gustavsson were drafted by the Wraiths? Think again. Then we have real red-blooded Americans like Darren Smallwood and Damian West being passed around the league like cheap whores.
Spike Crown had two other obstacles before he could successful achieve his goal. First, he needed to have a co-GM that shared his vision. As we know, the league prohibits non-North Americans from serving in the front office, so Spike Crown hired Archon, the least qualified person to run a professional simulation football franchise. Of course, the blowout was so bad that following his convenient “disappearance” the Wraiths were able to promote ANYBODY to be their Co-GM and of course Spike Crown went back to his Scandinavian homeland and appointed Bork. Two like minds running the team.
The last step was to eliminate the one true American on the Wraiths roster, Kevin Cushing. As a good American Cushing has a vice, and it is gambling. It was too easy for Spike Crown to force him into a foolish bet with the Legion that would force him off the team.
Now that his fate is sealed Crown can achieve his ultimate goal: stealing an American football team and putting it in Scandinavia. First they come here and take our jobs, now they’re trying to take our football. These Scandinavians are a threat to the American way and must be stopped.
