When it comes to strength in the DSFL, look no further than Portland Pythons defensive end Andreas Waiters. He has really established himself at the forefront of that defense, but it didn't always come easily for him.
I'll take you back to a time when I was in the gym with Waiters, playing some pickup basketball. We were on the same team for 4v4, playing against some shitty frat kids. They weren't good. And one was honestly about 5 feet tall and weighed no more than 100 pounds. But for some odd reason, Waiters just could NOT back him down. He failed to body this little kid, an event that would be brought up many a time by his friends later. He always denied it, saying that he could back him down fine, he just failed to convert the layup. It didn't matter, though, his friends knew the truth, and weren't afraid to use it as leverage when he talked shit incessantly from the sidelines.
Since that day, he's been eating his Wheaties to get BIIIIGGGG, and it's worked. He now leads the DSFL in sacks and it's not even close. Four separate him and the rest of the pack with only two games remaining. It's safe to say that he is no longer a pudding pop and is now a sacks machine.
