Sydney Spinelli knows his life as a professional running back cant last forever, hell most don't even last a decade and that's why hes already well ahead of what, he wants to do afterwards. Spinelli went to college and took culinary for a reason, not JUST because he smokes tons of tweeds. But, that was partially why. The other reason is because he is actually married to a Business Major and, the plans are already in motion for "Spinellis Spaghettioto's". It's not an Italian restaurant no no. Its a spaghetti restaurant. Serving the highest grade spaghetti for stoned people and, squares too. I guess..
If that doesnt work out he will just create a new restaurant because he has an unlimited amount of names so he can just keep trying and what not. He has said "being a copper could be cool.", but I mostly think he just wants to fight people for no reason at all so that wouldn't be a good idea. It could also be to steal and sell evidence because from his words "why the fuck do they waste it? Our economy is in shambles and everyone can use some of the damn money from those bundles, the dope heads are gonna get it either way. we should at least make money from them.".
