I did not find this in my research so thank you for that. That explains why they were dominated by inactives. Thank you for the info and this only strengthens my opinions on Tijuana this year.

Tijuana started the season with a 200+ TPE DE. That DE was the fastest player in the DSFL. That's why a team with one of the worst defenses led the league in safeties.
