Superstar running back and huge idol of Spinellis it was an honor for him to meet Marshawn Lynch, and to be on his show too? Damn it was like a dream come true. On this episode of No Script, Lynch and Spinelli decide to go for a run and, thats pretty much it. It's kind of all Spinelli does so, ya know. That left plenty of time for some interesting conversation.
Lynch: "So, why you always get tackled so much?"
Spinelli "Uh, huh?"
(obviously he was taken back by this statement.)
Lynch: "Well I'm just saying you seem to be pretty good but, then you go and get tackled and, what not."
Spinelli: "Um well yeah thats something i'm for sure working on..."
Lynch: and, you fumble to. In bad spots. You guys would probably have a win if it wasn't for your two fumbles that week two game or, whatever.
Spinelli: "Well yeah but,-"
Lynch: "and, that safety too, thats rough man"
Spinelli: "I bet you wish you had a story where you carried the team on your shoulders and, won it all...Should have ran it."
Lynch: "Alright cut the tape."
Spinelli went on to limp through the next couple of weeks of practice.
