Josh Garden to the Arizona Outlaws was a huge pick up. Adding to a good reieving corps, this free agency move made the Outlaws evern more dangerous. A lot of talk about solidifying the future of the "dynasty" after this move. The move has worked out great for Garden, through the first 6 games, he leads the league in yards with 708, second most touchdowns with 7. He has been earning the $23M that Arizona Outlaws' management threw at him in the off-season. The pay might be chalked up as too much to some critics around the league, but it got Garden to Arizona, and he's standing out as the top receiver. This can be refuted if/when the Outlaws win the championship. We'll all see whether this $23 million investment was worth it for the Outlaws. Either way, Garden plays lights out and gets paid, helping the Outlaws continue to dominate. The beauty of the deal for the Outlaws is that the contract isn't a one-and-done, Garden signed a 3 season contract and will be here through S6. This is big for Arizona's continued success, and will allow them to be perennial contenders. At the end of the season, we'll be able to judge this signing.
