I'd been under the impression that the main issue was graphics fraud.  Were the shared IPs higher for weekly submissions? 

Also, how dense is the population of that area? I think we would all agree that IP aside, Matt James was clearly his own person.

Sweetwater already talked to him about this. The range is 45 miles, so somewhere in the SJ LA area within 90 miles of each other people OBTAINED the same IP (which I had explained to me by sweet, that they keep until they reset their connection)
