This is pretty easy, things would have been extremely different if Kurt Hendrix wasn't drafted by the Baltimore Hawks. Different in the sense that it would not be better than it is now. Before the draft Kurt was only contacted by one of the original six teams, and that wasn't even the team that ended up selecting him in the middle of the draft. Kurt really brought it on the field, but his personality off the field has been a huge asset for the organization. He is a resilient player, and after a horrendous four win season, the team needed players to step up to right the ship, Kurt was one of them. Since then the Hawks have been a playoff contender and have strengthened with each passing season. Kurt started off his career as a middle linebacker, but with fellow linebackers like Broadway and Harrison on the team, he willingly accepted a move to defensive end to play on a defensive line that had three huge holes on it. Since then he has been a big time playmaker starting each play with his hand in the dirt, becoming arguably one of the best DEs in the league, if Kurt wasn't drafted by the Hawks, what are the odds he would have became a team leader and an elite DE?
