after four games with the Arizona Outlaws, its safe to say that Josh Garden fits this team like a glove. He has dominated and has clearly been the best receiver through 4 games.
Garden has benefited from the Baylor connection he shared with King Bronko and it is showing on the field. Bronko may not have been a QB in college, but he was the next best thing, a wide reciever. Bronko and Garden have been close, and Bronko was a big reason Garden came here this offseason. So needless to say that connection is a big deal.
Did the team pay Garden too much? Not at all! Garden signed the largest contract in NSFL history this offseason, but its clearly paying dividends, as it has made this offense into a league powerhouse. That evolution alone is pretty huge, and worth the big contract. But on top of that, with all of Arizona's cap space, it was an easy decision to make for them.
In short, Outlaws signing Josh Garden was the greatest FA signing this season and the rest of the league has no chance. They might as well all rebuild and trade their best players to Arizona for picks.
