Jayce Tuck has gone through various decisions in his career but nothing major enough that really would have impacted his player’s current situation. The biggest decision Jayce Tuck made was not to apply for a leadership role in a young, new expansion team and stick with the Arizona Outlaws. Obviously, it is clear that Jayce Tuck would not have had all of his championship rings and success simply because of the nature of expansion teams and the fortunate situation Jayce found himself in on the Arizona Outlaws.

The bigger question is, would Jayce Tuck have had the same amount of individual success if he was not on the same roster? And that’s not a question that can really be answered with too much accuracy. But I would wager to guess he would not. Jayce Tuck would likely still be the top defensive end in the league, regardless of the team he played for, but he would not be setting sack records like he has done in the league thus far. Being on a team that was able to dominate like the Outlaws forced other teams to pass more often and gave Jayce Tuck more opportunities to get to the opposing quarterbacks and make plays. This coupled with the talent surrounding Tuck allowed him to truly dominate the league, events that likely wouldn’t have happened had he decided to put in for leadership on a new team.
