Noah Goodson was headed to El Paso, Texas on December 29th, to see alma mater, NC State play Arizona State in the Sun Bowl. Goodson is still very fond of the days of playing at State with the Wolfpack. He likes to attend as many Wolfpack games throughout the season, and especially the bowl games. Goodson met up with some of the other Wolfpack that play professional football in that other league. Wilson, Brisset, Glennon, and Rivers all got a press box at the Sun Bowl and invited Noah Goodson after hearing about his awesome rookie season in the NSFL. They were very impressed and tried relentlessly to get Goodson to jump ship from the NSFL to their league. Goodson had to decline. He summed it up to a few reporters that caught up with him after the game:

Quote:After the way last season ended; losing in the playoffs, team blowing up, there's a lot I have left to accomplish in Arizona. We're going to get there, and it might take a while, but I'm sure I'm going to play some great football and Arizona will remain competitive.
