Adding 43 TPE to Intelligence would actually increase it to 69 rather than 70 (5 TPE to go from 45 to 50, 38 TPE to go from 50 to 69). Putting up to 70 would result in you applying 226 TPE in this update but you only had 224 TPE available to apply (191 banked TPE + 33 TPE earned), so I will set it to 69 instead so the numbers work out.

Additionally for your total TPE number, it would actually be 465 rather than 472 because you had 432 TPE after last update and added 33 TPE here.
