Yulic Nagasawa that's a name...thats really about it right now. After 2 years in America playing for the University of Central Florida and developing into a prospect that some heads have turned, he now is moving to Kansas City to continue his career development in the DSFL. The young Japanese man who knows barely any English is looking to create a name for himself as a Japanese descendent making something out of himself and eventually getting to NSFL. There was a bit of surprise that his name has been floating around in the DSFL draft but he was picked in the 22nd overall and he's hoping he can produce for the Koyotes. When asked how he has been settling in he looked confused and kind of shrugged. When our translator repeated the question he lit up with excitement saying he wants to do good for the Koyotes. He went on about the Draft and how exciting it was for him to get picked. But he knows he needs to put more work in. Just wrapping up the second preseason game he's looked okay. He was a little harsh on himself because of all the drops he had. But there was a lot of upside with him. He made some plays that moved the chains and even scored his first ever DSFL touchdown in his second game. Nagasawa has a long road ahead of him and it's going to be exciting how he ends up.
