multiple week predictions posted at the same time

Why are the weekly predictions not posted once a week and instead posted over 3-4 posts a week with sometime less than 36h to do them? It's not like we can't write them down at the beginning of each week. The main argument i see about this is that it's to promote activity and that max earner NEED to be on this website all the time. Does it though? Did it statistically boosted activity or is it just a facade? Of course daily numbers are probably on the raises since you need to pop in every 2 days, but did it actually create more meaningful activity?

People have life around this website, and it shouldn't be a requirement to be a good earner to be here every day, in my opinion. I want to see if there's some logic behind it that I'm missing, because i can personally say that it cause more frustration than benefices. I don't see anyone LIKING having to come to predictions every 2 days. I only see people saying 'it's life' or getting frustrated as well.

I'll just end up this suggestion by saying that if for you, if you aren't here every 2 days, you shouldn't be a max/good earner, well this mindset is overrated. I believe that process should be as eased as possible for everyone and that fun and community should be the priority. As stupid as it might sound, i think the current set up might hurt the league more than it helps it right now.

I'm with you. I don't think making people do predictions 3 times a week is creating much (if any) more meaningful forum content than they was previously. I know that I just quickly get my annoying predictions over with, and immediately jump off. When I want to go read or create content on the forum, I do that. The predictions don't lure me in or anything lol. If anything, the tri-weekly predictions have made me *dislike* interacting with the league/forum. I think that we either need to bring back trivia, or make the predictions once per week for all of the week's games.

Agreed. I've been so much less active on the website now that I'm being forced to login at specific intervals, as opposed to truly logging in at my leisure. For me, predictions have had the opposite of increasing activity.

Half of the gms dont want predictions to be posted at the start of the week for 'activity' reasons. Think the league will up and die without forcing people to have to come back ever 2 days if they wanna earn and have the right to be a max earner.

I'm not against it, mainly because users can still come and post right before every game (or closer to the games) and they are happy and people can post every prediction on sunday or whatever and get it over with, and they are also happy.

One thing does not exclude the other, so i'm ok with it.

I for one base my predictions on the previous games, so i would probably still be posting during the week.

tbh missing a predictions post because I didn't check the forum for like one or two days pisses me off especially because they're worth about as much as regular PTs.

This needs to happen. Having to do them every other day is extremely frustrating. Put them up as three separate threads on Sunday evening or whenever they need to go up for the week and close them 15 minutes before each sim. It's less work on the people posting them, and makes it easier for people to just get them done.
