Skywalker always knew he wsa going to go to the University of Michigan one day. Both of his parents had gone to Michigan, all of his uncles on both sides of the family had gone to Michigan, over half of his cousins had gone to Michigan; his whole family bled blue and maize and were fiercely proud of their alumni lineage. The first picture of baby Skywalker had been of him holding a football and wearing a Michigan hat.
So it came to no surprise to anyone when Luke announced that he was transferring to Michigan his Sophomore year. He had been heavily recruited the year before but had deferred to take care of his family. At the time, Michigan already had an elite quarterback, Shea Waterson, and his family was concerned that Skywalker would be playing backup. But Luke was humble and enjoyed learning from Coach Harbaugh and Waterson. When Waterson went down with a strained groin during the Ohio state game, Skywalker was ready to put that education to good use.
Skywalker finally became a starter his junior year, and man oh man did he shine. Skywalker led the Wolverines to an undefeated season, losing out at the Rose Bowl game for the first time in decades although winning the MVP title. His senior year the Wolverines went all the way to the College Championships, although they would ultimately fall to Alabama in a heartbreaking overtime.
Luke left Michigan with pride in his school in his team. When he was drafted into the Norfolk Seawolves, no school cheered louder and more proudly than the University of Michigan. Luke continues to try to make his alma mater proud, and often goes back to help the Wolverines as an assistant coach during the offseason.

Lesean Crooks is from the east coast. Born in Brooklyn, New York, Crooks grew up east in the urban metropolis in is early years before moving further south to Baltimore. Crooks had always been fond of basketball, especially growing up around the dominance of the Big East conference with the likes of Georgetown, Syracuse, Providence, Seton Hall, Villanova, and St. Johns all leaving their mark on 80's basketball culture and history. However, by high school, Crooks moved out to north California with his mother, siblings, and close cousins. In California, Crooks became more exposed to football, thanks to the likes of Washington, Stanford, UCLA, and BYU cultivating prime NFL targets, mainly with through their quarterbacks.

In high school, Crooks became a bonafied two-sport athlete in basketball and football. Crooks locked down opponents on both the hardwood and the artificial turf as a shooting guard and cornerback. Crooks played in two state titles for football and one for basketball while also being named to all state for both sports his junior and senior years. Despite the accolades, Crooks best accomplishments came from his musical production as his band secured a gig opening for Big Daddy Kane during his senior year. Unfortunately, the tour coincided with his basketball team's playoff run and caused him to miss two playoff games. 

Despite his team still reaching the state semifinals, many schools questioned Crooks' commitment to the sport and pulled many offers. Kevin Johnson happen to be at a Big Daddy Kane show that Crooks' group opened for and caught them playing basketball on the Cal-Berkeley campus. Johnson told the athletic department to recruit Crooks after witnessing him dominate walk-ons and other college juco transfers attempting to win a spot on the team next season.

Crooks then used his basketball skill to get a scholarship to Cal, but while at Cal, his football pedigree took another ascension. Crooks immediately made an impact on the field as a freshman, becoming one of the best coverage backs for the Bears despite the limited minutes. Eventually, Crooks' could never relinquish the lament of schools spurning him during his senior high school basketball season and became apathetic towards the sport. His passion stayed with football, while he was named to all-conference for 3 seasons, and finished up as runner-up defensive player of the year his junior season. That success carried over to the DSFL as he finished as DPOY runner up his second season and won ISFL S24 Rookie of the Year.

Eugene Smoothie had spent very little of his time playing football prior to his time at UCLA. Originally his plan was to enter the medical science field in hopes of eventually pursuing psychiatry as a future career. However, between the combination of the competitive application field on top of his newly discovered talents on the field, he was swayed by friends and family to pursue a childhood dream of becoming a professional athlete. As a walk-on for the university, it took several of Smoothie’s friends who already had ties with the football program to convince the coach in order to give him a look to see the potential that others around Smoothie had already demonstrated.

He was given an opportunity to workout with the team and showed himself to be a unique talent in being able to handle all facets of the game surprisingly well for a person starting so late in the sport, though admittedly still very raw overall. What completely convinced the coach to bring Smoothie onto the team was when he was snuck into the practice jerseys of the scrimmage teams, spending time playing in multiple positions and not looking entirely out of place. That’s when his track to the DSFL and ISFl became solidified when he demonstrated how he could fit in any role, as evidenced by his TE playing position in the DSFL, and moving over to Safety in the NSFL.

Written Option: Everyone starts somewhere, and for most players, the path to the pros picks up in earnest in college. Why did your player decide to go to the college they did (or not go at all)? Were they highly recruited, or did they walk on to the program? How long did it take your player to break into the starting roster of the college? If they played a different position in high school, what was the transition between positions like? Detail your player’s experiences, and be creative.

Matt Krause was a 5 star recruit out of Ohio, many schools were chasing the All-Around CB. He eventually decided to attend the University of Southern California! USC! FIGHT ON! TROJANS!. Krause chose the trojans to bring the back to the days when Pete Carrol, Reggie Bush and others brought them multiple national championship appearances. Krause was CB1 from the get go lived up to his 5-star prospect rating by amassing a total of 43 solo tackles of which 5.5 were for loss, 4 Interceptions with a total of 51 yds, 6 pass deflections and 1 forced fumble in his freshman year. For his sophomore and Junior year he was outstanding stats were similar or increased during these two years. In his sophomore year we saw him voted to 2nd team all American. In his stellar Junior year he received multiple awards and was the first defensive player to receive first place Heisman votes since Charles Woodson. His senior year he fought off a torn labrum and eventually only played 8 games. Krause had a decent combine after college and then was drafted by the Minnesota Grey Ducks into the DSFL. This is a brief summary of his College choice and career.

If you already read Jay Cue's wiki page, you will remember that high school and college was something that he has no experience in. He came to the United States of America when he was 18, after a very successful youth soccer career, and while he was allowed to work on his newly found game in the University of Oregon facilities, he was never enrolled there. This meant that he went from soccer, straight into the DSFL draft. No experience, no film for scouts to take a look at, he pretty much had no idea about what a playbook was, how to read defenses and do audibles when he did not like the look of the offense.
This meant that, after getting drafted to the Portland Pythons, he was learning stuff on the fly, constantly adapting to new knowledge. Did he get sacked because he forgot that others teams sometimes blitz to try and get to him? Well, let us adjust to that and get rid of the ball quicker. He threw an interception? Better to start looking for that safety that tries and read the play so he can get to the ball faster than the wide receiver.
So, with the college out of the way, he was thrown straight to the wolves.

Claude Miller II decided to sign with the McGill Redmen when he was in high sschool and getting ready for college. It was not easy going to McGill because Claude had suffered an injury early on in his career in college with the Redmen. Actually, they are no longer the Redmen nowadays because of the offensive name that the Redmen have towards Aboriginals, somewhat why the Redskins are now called the Football team.
Well believe it or not, Claude Miller II is from Montreal and that is where McGill is located. At the same time, Claude Miller Sr. wanted Claude Miller II to have a good education just in case the football thing did not quite workout for him. McGill is considered as one of the top schools in Canada and has international recognition which is always good, just in case you decide to move somewhere else in the world, the school has some prestigious pazazz attached to it.
Another known fact or unknown fact, depending if you know me or not. But the name Bruins does mean I cheer for the Boston Bruins but I do come from Montreal. So it made it easier for me to create a player and say he went to McGill when I know the school itself and I have been there at the same time. I know the facilities and have friends that have gone there, heck I have even went and watch some of their sports teams play in the playoffs and competitive games. So I decided to send Claude Miller II there to have some sort of connection and I guess "dream" in a certain sense of playing for the home town big university.
