Rashad Hilliard wasn’t always a spooky boy. In his younger days, he didn’t really care much for the spooky season, it was just another time of the year except It got colder. As the years passed and Hilli got older he began to embrace the spooky season more and more. Now he brings the spooky season year-round and everywhere he goes. This transformation started in college by decorating his locker room in the most festive ways. Then moving onto the Developmental League he becomes more involved with the team as well as becoming more invested in the holiday cheer. You see Hilliard started with simple things, a decoration here and there, maybe even a prank on another player every so often to keep things interesting. Eventually, every locker room whether they were festive or not…. whether they wanted to be festive or not were surrounded by it. Every day there was a new scheme, plot, or change to be made to make the spooky season that much spookier. Eventually, the Ducks got used to it and it was just another trait that Hilliard brought with it. Some people were even transformed and became heavily involved in the season. The big question now is how the SaberCats will handle this new challenge of Spooky Hilli. Will they rise to the occasion of adopting the spooky season or will they fall the great shenanigans that Hilliard has in-store for them. Muaw hahahahaha.

The cooler fall temperatures herald the trees shedding their foliage, pumpkin spice lattes, and everyone’s favorite scary spooky holiday: Halloween! Slurms McKenzie is a huge fan of Earth holidays and Halloween is no exception. Slurms’ number one priority is to get his scare on, so he heads to the scariest place around…the bait shop. He cannot help but let out a scream when he lays his eyes upon the live bait section. Shelves and shelves full of writhing worms inside a cooler, the party worm could not even stand the sight! The next stop in McKenzie’s night of horrors is somewhere extremely sinister. You guessed it, the local public library! at first glance it did not seem so bad. Of course, that was before they saw the sign. Stretching tall the letters bled onto the hard wood, bold and imposing they read, “ABSOLUTELY NO PARTYING!” Slurms turned white and fell to the floor. To cap off the evening McKenzie’s manager had one more surprise in store for him. The Party Worm shook with anticipation as he turned the knob of the door, but there was no fright to be found this time! It was a surprise Halloween monster-mash sponsored by Slurm™, the ultimate Party beverage! Whimmy wham wham wozzle, party on everyone! Go Birddogs!

William Lim was not the type of person who celebrates Halloween. The holiday isn't that big in his home country of South Korea, and William had never been a fan of spooky themes and horror movies even though the holiday had started to gain some popularity in the region over the last decade or so.
However, William had been attending some Halloween parties since he moved to the United States to play professional football. He found out that one of the best ways to familiarize in the locker room was through parties and events like those. And while William didn't exactly enjoy Halloween as a holiday, he's always happy to spend some quality time off the field with his teammates and friends. So he had been a frequent guest at team Halloween parties for both the Birddogs and the Yeti. For this year's Yeti Halloween party, William will wear the 'wolfie' costume, which is a wolf head costume which surprisingly resembles Yeti quarterback Wolfie McDummy. Wolves- werewolves in particular- are popular choices in Halloween costumes, and William wanted to celebrate the career or his quarterback, who had announced that this season will be his last after the loss at last ultimus. William is thankful for Wolfie taking a large part in his success as a ISFL receiver, and wanted to make some more happy memories before his retirement.
