Should updaters be allowed to update their own team? Personally, I think no because this could cause a problem. I am not saying that it will be a problem, but we could avoid all issues by not allowing it to happen.

I mean, I see updaters making enough mistakes as it is, let's just get reliable guys first and go from there.

I personally have no problem calling out my own teammates and would never intentionally mess up an update for anyone, but I support people not being able to update themselves because it will be easy for them to gloss over a mistake they made and not catch it when updating.

IIRC, they aren't doing this anyways, but it's worth noting that all updaters have access to all spreadsheets anyways, regardless of team. Now they're making it accountable, but still. |
