My question is:
Noble said that he is going inactive.
He is supposed to be docked 73 TPE.
If he is inactive, who decided what 73 to remove?
Regardless of the S3 Ban, he's so far ahead of any current rookie QBs that would replace him, he easily could return to the starter role for S4 even as an inactive.
Does it fall to Daybe and TheMemeMaestro? Or is it in Ballerstorm's hands? Or should it be the last 73 TPE he allocated?

He's 15. That's not an excuse. It's truly not. But when I was his age, and even into my 20s, I was the same way. If I could cheat, I would. Multiple times, I was caught cheating on games in the past. I always took shortcuts and advantages when possible. It was not a good thing to do. He knows it. I know it. Everyone knows it. His lack of being apologetic is indicative of the same way of thinking as I used to have. Justifying it any way possible so that it seemed right in his head. The fact he cheated in multiple leagues already shows he's not ready for responsibility. There's an addicting feeling to being better than others at something, and I think if he felt that slipping away (and I can see how with Orosz and Boss beating him in stats despite lower TPE amounts) he wanted an edge. It's not right, and I'm not trying to defend him. But I'm saying I've been there in the past and I know that feeling.
I hope that he can learn his lesson. History shows he hasn't. But I hope that he doesn't take this idea that cutting corners and taking unfair advantages is allowable into his real life. I made that mistake and paid for it. Maybe it will take a real life repercussion to knock some sense into him. I sincerely hope not.
I see everyone here shitting all over him. And I get why, he cheated and that action is reprehensible. But I was taught to hate the action, not the person. I honestly don't view Noble as a bad person. Just a kid who made a series of mistakes and has to learn true consequences for his actions. He has plenty of time to evolve and change as a person. I know I sure did.

Yeah, but you're kinda the de-facto God of updating lol. While it may not have been specifically sim related, you oversee the work of the updaters and have been known to step in on related issues.
