*Lavelle contemplates retirement presser - adam2552 - 09-25-2018 Do you regret turning down a rumored $38mil/1year deal with the Liberty a couple seasons ago? *Lavelle contemplates retirement presser - timeconsumer - 09-25-2018 What is 14×9+11? *Lavelle contemplates retirement presser - 37thchamber - 09-25-2018 How safe do you think your league records will be if you retire now, looking at up and coming defensive backs? Assuming you retire next season... Which up and coming defensive back would you most want to play alongside in your final season? *Lavelle contemplates retirement presser - majesiu - 09-25-2018 (09-25-2018, 07:16 AM)37thchamber Wrote:How safe do you think your league records will be if you retire now, looking at up and coming defensive backs? They are already on unbreakable levels, not only it was easier to get them in an earlier age of the league, but also because how many bad QBs you face in a year? 1? Maybe two, rest is at least on a serviceable level and with easy position switch rules, it's guaranteed to stay on this high level. Sorry for intruding, but I'm starting to defend a point that good defensive back doesn't need to amass stats and simply does his job preventing downs/TDs against another team, which current metrics hardly focus on. Anyway, questions from me: 1) Are you happy with your choice to pursue CB career or would you change it from the time perspective? 2) Did you already plan your recreate? At least do you plan to change the side of the ball this time? 3) Can you ELI5 how are you S2 regression class despite playing most of S1 and is there any correlation to that fact with your record TPE? *Lavelle contemplates retirement presser - 37thchamber - 09-25-2018 (09-25-2018, 05:42 PM)majesiu Wrote:They are already on unbreakable levelsArguable. At a glance, it looks to me like EXP/Archetype changes for CBs have sort of levelled the playing field vs the shitty QB play of the first few years -- note that Dermot's best season for INTs was last season -- and with QBs putting up terrible numbers this season and more new QBs (who will be on a comparable level to those S1-S2 guys) about to cycle in as veterans decline... I dunno. It might be doable with some luck. And of course DBs shouldn't need good stats for recognition (both of my players are defensive backs; trust me, I know this)... However, given that it's my player who has been his closest rival for the past couple seasons in terms of record numbers, I might have a slight agenda in asking that question. *Lavelle contemplates retirement presser - timeconsumer - 09-25-2018 (09-25-2018, 12:42 PM)majesiu Wrote:most of S1 All of S1 *Lavelle contemplates retirement presser - White Cornerback - 09-25-2018 (09-25-2018, 01:58 AM)DeathOnReddit Wrote:Stop copying me Lavelle declines to comment on this matter. *Lavelle contemplates retirement presser - White Cornerback - 09-25-2018 (09-25-2018, 02:04 AM)Zoone16 Wrote:Weak.
