Following San Jose's 42-20 week 10 slaughtering of Yellowknife, Dermot Lavelle has called an impromptu post match press conference.
Lavelle takes the podium, clears his throat before shuffling through his pockets to reveal an A4 page.
"I've been thinking about retirement for a while now, especially heading into my tenth season or 9th official season for the eagle eyed of you. This particularly hit home tonight when at half time I felt that my body wasn't where it needed to be most of the time and I felt particularly lost on the field. I wanted to throw it in at half time, walk off the pitch and call it quits."
Now that I've had time to make my thoughts clear to the press, I am opening the floor to questions.
