There are obviously a lot of other factors at play, including RNG. But speed is a big contributing factor.

Seems like bad luck, theres no reason i should have the lowest impact of all Defensive Ends

Sometimes with the sim you've got to wait for things to balance out. I'm sure your stats will improve as long as you keep up with your attributes!

Part of it is also competing with your linemates to get on the stat sheet. You might make more impact plays on a slower roster, but with Tomlinson, Reigns, and Devitt all at higher speed they are more likely to deliver a sack. It's nothing to worry about, as everyone improves your own skills will take shape.
