Hi, I think it's worth me pointing out that one of my rule proposals this offseason is to split it into 2 DE and 2 DT. I expect that to pass.

Pro bowl voting and hof voting should be a paid position that rewards careful consideration of stats as well as what ever other criteria is appropriate. Ballots should be public record too, so that obvious bias can be vetted.
Also, it's important to note that GMs aren't even given basic stats to vote with. HO trusts them to vote without any bias plus research what they did with their careers, and for big ballots, not every GM is going to take the time to go through all of that and vote accordingly. It's a bad system all in all.
