I definitely understand this ruling and I don't think there was an easy or correct answer.

Does feel bad that the Hawks got an unfair advantage though.

Yep, seems like everyone else got screwed. Pretty sad that that's what is happening. Sets a dangerous precedent in my eyes.

Also, can we get @Player1 some bonus for finding this?

I think intention probably had a lot to do with it.

In the other thread I was exacerbating it because drama is fun.

Overall though I don't think this actually impacted the season results. Ermura obviously did some testing and not much seemed to change. It was also found out before play offs and I don't see the Hawks winning the Ultimus cup so I think it's fine. Better to move on and just start fresh next season then to penalize them in the future and have more imbalance.
