Carmel Gibson Ruling

After some deliberation among the head office regarding Carmel Gibson and the Hawks, we've decided not to punish the team for the actions of an individual.

There was no malicious intent on the Hawks' end, no evidence proving otherwise, and we don't believe that taking action just because we can is fair or reasonable. In addition, without any way to positively be sure his presence made a game changing impact, we've decided it wouldn't be right, or set a good precedent to compensate opposing teams.

As for Gibson himself, he will be reverted to 50 TPE asap, suspended for the remainder of the season without the potential for any awards, or the ability to claim ACs or TCs.

Just to clarify, will it just be the remainder of this year, or will it be one full season?

What happens for Gibson fantasy owners? Are we just out of luck for remaining games? Maybe we could just have Jesse Sanderson be our TE for the remaining games? It would still be easy to tally up stats across all leagues that way at the end of the season.

Fantasy owners have had the befit of his TPE from the start of the season until now already.
