I actually enjoyed CB once the changes were made. I didn't retire Cushing because I didn't like him, but because of team strategy. We wanted to "get a jump" on rebuild.
Still, I got to see him covering, and there was more to see. I guess my logic is that I enjoy the game of football enough to enjoy it despite being offensive line. If I knew that the team was better off for having me there, I'd be talking shit about our run game and pass efficiency.

Which is great for you and a fantastic attitude to have but, I have a sneaking suspicion that, extra TPE or not, people won't have anymore fun playing on the offensive line. I think the extra TPE is a good idea to incentivize OL players but, expecting it to create a bunch of active OL is a bit of a reach. It's like putting lipstick on a pig.

I wouldn't expect a "bunch" of people to go OL but having the option open is pretty important I think, It would be like saying there shouldn't be goalies in hockey Sim leagues because people only like scoring goals.

Definitely. I think it's a good idea, but if you ask anyone that played OL in the past, I think the majority (if not all) will tell you they didn't enjoy it.

tbh I was told OL wasn't a thing for users or else I would have been an offensive linemen from day 1 here.

I am 100% for this. In any form I would love OL to be a position that more members choose and enjoy. I feel like a good OL can make a huge difference.

I think giving players more positions to play is a big positive and if they don't like it at the end of their DSFL season, they can switch to something else for free. We should balance the position to give people an equal opportunity to play it like any other position.
