That wouldn’t be max yet. There was a point Oles was banking all TPE because all his stats were maxed. We will see where it lands. This “pro tip” makes it even more peculiar to not allow banking in the first place if HO is well aware of a loophole strategy.

Sorry for just now catching up to all this but it is counter to one of the points of the change. In fact the rule itself says that "The once per season equipment purchases will be replaced by once per season coaching purchases that do not specify how the TPE is used."
This is a unilateral change to the rule by HO.
