Good change, except for the lowering of the max TPE available from 32 to 30. There's no reason to remove earnable TPE from players without a really strong justification imo, and I don't see one here.

This hurts people who aren’t max earners. Previously you could get 12 TPE for 3m but now you are forced to pay 4m for only 10 TPE. I feel like that wasn’t considered in this change.

It was considered. The reason it is more expensive now because you basically get to distribute the tpe however you like, which costs 0.1M per tpe with the old system.
