(S8) - Weekend PT 3 - Record Breaking Potential - White Cornerback - 06-10-2018 Alright it's my second time writing this out but let's go. Let's have a look at the career NSFL interceptions records. Currently Lavelle has cemented his place on the top of the pile with 31 in 104 games, just under 1 every 3 games. Marmeladov is in 2nd with 29, Delacour, Hardrool and Canton each have 27. Looking at pass deflections, Carter leads the charge with 131, Delacour 128, Canton 122 , Lavelle 119 and Spector 117. Marmeladov is top in defensive touchdowns with 8, Hardrool and Lewith both have 6 in 2nd place. Delacour, Turner , Flock and Lavelle all have 5 in 3rd. Focusing on special teams, Westfield leads the league with 2446 punt return yards, Weston has 2226 and Lavelle has 2169 in 3rd despite having 70 less punt returns than Westfield. Both Lavelle and Westfield tie the league in punt return touchdowns with 5 each. Finally looking at kick return yards, Leclair is 1st with 5977, Mackworthy with 5954, Weston with 5874 and Lavelle is way down in 12th with 3504. Bailey Cook leads the league in kick return touchdowns with 5, Mayran Jackson has 4 and Lavelle is not in the top 15 as he only has 1. (S8) - Weekend PT 3 - Record Breaking Potential - OBESE - 06-10-2018 It is not a question that Declan Harp has the record breaking potential and he is already showing it on the field. Of course there is still lack of experience with some other stuff but that is what it means to have a potential. It means that you can get there but you are not there yet. Declan keeps building up on his build and working at the moment on speed to be able to catch those players that are trying to sack Biz and also to be able to run those yards as quick as possible when receiving. A big and vital point in breaking records is your team and coach as well. It is really important how does your coach uses you on the field and how well is your team assisting you and doing their job well. If both things are not working then most likely the player could be talented as hell and have the biggest potential to break records but they wont because of the two vital points I mentioned. For now Coyotes are doing great and Declan is enjoying his stay and playing for them. Let's just wait the potential to be reached and records to be broken! (S8) - Weekend PT 3 - Record Breaking Potential - Bzerkap - 06-10-2018 If you're writing about Akselsen you're probably gonna write about the rushing, well I kind of already have that in the bag. I am the best rushing QB in the league, and as I keep going I will stay the most effective rushing QB in the league. The season is a down year due to league-wide philosophy changes on defense, but I'm still a threat. However, that is not what I've come here to talk about. I've come here to discuss the rather amazing situation of my passing. Boss currently holds the season-long pass completion record at 65.3%. I'm currently at 67.9%, with King Bronko hot on my heels at 67.1%. I really think either of us could get it, but we're talking about me here so obviously, I'll be the one at the top at the end of the season. Let's break it down, I'm currently in the lead, so one point for me. Teams must account for my running ability in the gameplan, leaving my WRs open for easier completions. I have one of the best receiver cores overall in the league with Kennedy, Cook, McPoyal, Rainey, and Harris. I also am in a little bit of a lull, but still sport the highest completion percentage. For the first four games, I was above 70% and looking fine. I expect to rebound back around there and finish with a Drew Brees-esque number. Lagerfield has 673 rushing yards and 5 touchdowns in 6 weeks of action while averaging 4.7 yards s carry. He has 954 all purpose yards too, including kick returns and catches. The Pythons intend to feed Lagerfield even more throughout the rest of the season amid a tepid year from McCoy and the rest of the Pythons receiving corps. To put this in perspective, the current DSFL record for rushing yards is 1385. At this pace, Lagerfield will hit that mark with a game to spare. He’s on pace for 1,570. The rushing touchdown record, while not impossible, looks a bit out of reach with Lagerfield needing 10 more touchdowns in the remaining eight games to hit the mark of 15. However, it is not far fetched, seeing one or two great games could put him on track for that record. (S8) - Weekend PT 3 - Record Breaking Potential - AzhekAhriman - 06-11-2018 I'm going to talk about the NSFL rushing TDs record and the player who’s looking to break it. Before you ask, no this is not another Akselsen rushing QB think piece, although I imagine you’re going to see a lot of them given that the Wraiths’ slippery spread quarterback eviscerated the record last year on the way to a slew of offensive awards and an MVP. Nope, I’m talking about Robby Rainey, the YKW tailback that is on pace for over eighteen scores on the ground this year, with 9 runs ending in paydirt through 6 games. Rainey played two years for the Kansas City Coyotes before coming up to Yellowknife and has credited his success this year to the bruising mentality that he learned in the DSFL. “Down in in the DSFL, those QBs will throw a pick in the end zone if you give them half a chance, so I took the philosophy that you should never give em one….” Rainey is ecstatic that the YKW coaching staff has seen the wisdom of his stone-age offensive strategy and is looking forward to running folks over and into the endzone and the record books this coming (S8) - Weekend PT 3 - Record Breaking Potential - pazuzu - 06-11-2018 There is only one player that I could think of, breaking records, taking names, and that would be yours truly…. Bucky Barnes? Are you sure this is right, I could have sworn it would have been myself…. Well I guess that is why I have you around Kif. Well this Barnes fellow must be some player. Let me take a look real quick… Wow, you were not kidding Kif, this Bucky Barnes is some player. I remember that one game we played against the Marshalls, he destroyed us. The man had 6 tackles, a forced fumble, fumble recovery, a pass defended and an interception. Ha, but we still won the game though! Also, Barnes has two touchdowns to his name and on pace to break the interception record for the season, this man is ridiculous! I mean I don’t really consider this fair play, because if I had a metal arm I’d be just as good as him. Right Kif! Ah, my loyal fragile Kif, you are lucky you don’t play this MACHINE would definitely rip you apart and eat you as a delectable side for dinner. Bucky Barnes deserves any praise coming his way whether it is sincere or out of fear. Also, if you looking to be a brave soldier come see me once the season ends. Brannigan OUT! (221 w) |
