Counter point, intellegence affects penalty rate and thus keeping it helps make a stat more viable. Unless I'm wrong.

Maybe just making less frequent or more accurate? I've played football my whole life and in my 10+ years of playing and watching I've seen maybe 1 tripping penalty. Saw at least 3 tonight.

Not to mention the 5+ "too many men on the field" penalties KC conceded. Just ridiculous

Penalties in this sim are ridiculous, but without really knowing how they work calculation-wise, I'm not sure it would be a good idea to turn them off, personally.
Could have a much larger effect than intended if we're not careful. Might be worth exploring though.
