Hiring for Twitter Head

Having recently joined HO I'm looking for someone to take over my position as Twitter head going into next season. It's a fairly simple position that involves checking over all of the Twitter accounts posted in the weekly threads and getting the users paid appropriately and promptly. It pays 5M a season, though if we have multiple applicants can set up more of a rotating system to spread out the work and the money. I am also trying to overhaul the system somewhat so any ideas for that would be useful in an application. Other than that, application would basically just include whether you would prefer to be the team leader or play a supporting role, and any information you can provide on availability for completing payouts along with any anticipated absences.
