3/5: The background and the effects look good. I like the font and the text placement as well as the donut! I don't like the outlaws text and wish you matched the colors of the belt/gloves/helmet with the jersey. The biggest problem is once again the pixelated look, idk what is causing this but it makes sigs look a little worse than they actually are. Feel free to reach out to me if you want to discuss this.
